1. WHY MURRAY?

We are perhaps not the first sunglasses brand on the market, nor are we the only one. But, if we are honest and have very clear ideas. "Our commitment to customers is maximum."

Our goal is for you to buy an item that meets your needs and requirements in terms of quality, service and attention.

We are the first Spanish eyewear brand to design and manufacture ski goggles and we are proud of it. 

We could spend a whole day trying to convince you and telling you how good we are. But it's not with us.

For this reason, we invite you to try our products so that you can judge us yourself.

3. SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS
​

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER €50.00

MURRAY only offers express transportation for all over the world.

For the peninsula the estimated time is 24 hours, the Balearic Islands 24 hours, while for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla between 24 and 48 hours. This shipping time is understood from the moment the order leaves the MURRAY facilities.

The price of transport will be provided to the consumer at the time of purchase.

4. WHAT PROTECTION DO THE GLASSES OFFER?
​

All our glasses have UV400 protection for the FX, LX, REX, Pro-Ride Non-Polarized models and GHOST and UV300 for all Pro-Ride Polarized. All our glasses pass the current controls and regulations. Our sunglasses comply with the following standards:

Standard EN 1836-1997 in accordance with European Community Directive 89/686/EEC.

American Standard ANSI Z80.3-2001

Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003

5. HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY GLASSES?
​

It is advised not to drag them across a hard surface. You can find all the information about care and precautions in the product instructions.

6. SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS OF THE GLASSES
​

All our glasses are manufactured with standard measurements.

These are the measurements we used as a pattern:

Front: 14 cm.

Temples: 14.5 cm.

Height: 5.8cm.

Lens: 55mm

Bridge: 17mm

7. METHODS OF PAYMENT
​

Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, MURRAY Gift Card and PAY PAL.

100% SECURE PAYMENT IN ALL THE METHODS YOU CHOOSE.

MURRAY DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PASSWORDS, CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER.

To make any changes, contact us by email customerservice@murrayofficial.es, as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders go out daily, and as it is an express transport, we would appreciate it if the customer contacted us immediately for any changes.

11. MONITORING OF MY ORDER
​

Once you place an order online, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the shipment. You will also be sent a code with which you will be able to know where your order is at all times.

15. HOW DO I BUY ONLINE?
​

At Murray's online store, shopping is easy. Just follow these four steps. 1. Select your goggle. 2.Add it to your cart. 3.Enter a shipping address or create an account and choose a payment method. 4.Follow the instructions that appear in the selected payment method.

16. PAYMENT DATA
 

MURRAY, does not have access to any data entered in the payment method. We do not have access to your card numbers, codes, electronic signatures, payment keys, PAY PAL or TRUSTLY accounts or any other data that is entered in any of the payment modules that we offer. Therefore, if you have any problems with your PAY PAL account, with your card or electronic signature, we recommend that you contact your entity directly.
